Privacy Policy
Gwendolyne is an operational systems studio based in Ontario, Canada. This privacy policy explains how we handle information collected through gwendolyne.org and through our client work. We keep this simple because we collect very little.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.
What we collect
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect:
- Your name
- Your business or company name
- The message you submit
- Your email address (provided through the form service)
We also collect standard analytics data through Google Analytics, including pages visited, time on site, general geographic region, and device type. This data is anonymised and aggregated — we cannot identify you personally from it.
How we use it
Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and assess whether an engagement might be a good fit. We do not add you to any mailing list, send marketing emails, or pass your information to anyone else.
Analytics data is used to understand how people find and use this site so we can improve it. Nothing more.
CASL & email communications
We comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). If at any point we send you a commercial electronic message, it will be because you have given us explicit consent to do so. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying to any email from us with "unsubscribe" in the subject line.
Third-party services
This site uses the following third-party services:
- Google Analytics — anonymised site usage data. Governed by Google's privacy policy.

- Google Fonts — typefaces loaded from Google's servers. Google may log the request. Governed by Google's privacy policy.
We have no control over the data practices of these services and recommend reviewing their policies if you have concerns.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry. If no engagement results, we delete the correspondence within 90 days. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics default settings.
